Ways to Purchase Tickets

On the Internet - Tickets may be purchased online through this Web site. We offer secure online transactions with credit card numbers protected through PayPal credit card processing. There is a $6.95 service fee to cover the cost of US Postal Service Certified Mail for delivery of tickets, for online orders (that's $6.95 per order, not per ticket). There is an additional 6.25% standard PayPal charge for credit card orders.

By Mail - Make your check payable to Carousel Pinoy Entertainment, Be sure to mention how many tickets you want and the price. Mail your ticket request to: Tiketanonline, c/o Carousel Pinoy Entertainment, 1331 Anderson Ave., Suite #15, Fort Lee, NJ 07024.

By Phone - All orders may be placed by calling 201-886-1705, 24/7 and if unable to speak to any of our associates, just leave a message and we'll return your call.

Shipping Method

Will-Call Tickets – If you wait until the week before a show to order, there is no longer enough time to mail your tickets. In this case your tickets will be Will Call and you must pick them up at the venue on the day of the show. We always set a deadline date after which all tickets purchased from that point on are Will-Call tickets. This date will be conspicuously posted on our ticket order pages as well as on our Carousel Pinoy website. There is no shipping charge – You will not receive a physical ticket in the mail, rather your name will appear on the list of people picking up tickets at the door of the event. We will always make every effort to give you the best seats available but if we are down to our last few tickets in a certain price category, we may not be able to give you side-by-side seats. Please call before ordering if you have any question regarding ticket availability. For those picking up tickets, please arrive at least one hour before the show time to allow enough time to claim your tickets. In the case that you are not able to pick up your tickets, they are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. You must BRING A PRINTED COPY OF YOUR PAYPAL RECEIPT(S) and a valid ID. No receipt, no tickets!

Physical Tickets - Tickets will be sent via USPS Certified Mail; the $6.95 shipping charge covers this cost of the US Postal Service. Allow 2 to 3 days for delivery after payment has been processed.

We are sending this through USPS Certified Mail that needs a recipient signature. PLEASE NO P.O.BOX ADDRESS!

Payment Options

Tiketanonline accepts cash, checks (until 10 days prior to a performance), and secure online credit card processing through PayPal (please have your credit card ready). All ticket sales are final. There is a $6.95 service fee to cover the cost of Certified Mail delivery, for all online ticket orders. There is an additional 6.25% standard PayPal charge for credit card orders.

Refund policy

Please safeguard your tickets. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Tickets are valid only for the event and seats for which they are issued. There are no refunds or exchanges for unused tickets.

Ticket Availability

Ticket availability is subject to change. We are acting as a sales agent for venues and promoters. We do not control the number of tickets or the location of seats that are made available for purchase. Sometimes promoters and venues release additional tickets for an event after it has gone on sale.The tickets available for a given event can and do change rapidly. Once your purchase has been completed, we are not allowed to exchange or refund your order even if additional tickets become available at a later date. Tickets purchased are not guaranteed to be the seats of your choice. We make every effort to provide our customers with the best available seats but if we are down to our last few tickets in a certain price category, we may not be able to give you side-by-side seats. Please call before ordering if you have any question regarding ticket availability.

All Sales are Final

All sales completed though Tiketanonline are final. Our clients do not allow us to refund or exchange any order once it has been confirmed, so please be sure you have selected the proper event and seat locations prior to completing your order. Once tickets are issued, they are like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.

Ticket Resale

Tickets are not for resale. The resale of tickets may be subject to state and local laws and regulations. Any violation of such laws may result in your prosecution by such agencies. Tiketanonline assumes no liability arising from your resale or attempted resale of tickets purchased through us.
